• This is a business-to-business sales position that primarily focuses on the sale of U.S. Federal and State Labor Law Posters.
• Call customer leads to educate them about recent US State and Federal changes that apply to them and sell the appropriate Poster, subscription or service to ensure they remain compliant with State and/or Federal government requirements
• Send professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request.
• Ensure that account information is accurately gathered and entered into the system
• Ensure that order information is accurately gathered and entered into the system
• Maintains well-organized and safe workstation
• Ensure that all performance metrics are met
Qualifications:
• Must have a demonstrated ability to contact site-level management and decision makers particularly those responsible for purchasing on a consistent basis. This includes the ability to overcome initial objections and get through the gate keeper to generate results.
• Must have effective interpersonal, communication, networking, and closing skills with a proven record on data quality and accuracy.
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be a team player
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Must have a good command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Must be comfortable working in the night shift
