Its responsibilities are to answer calls professionally. You respond to customer inquiries.. You will also research required information using available resources. You must handle and resolve customer complaints and provide customers with product and service information to ensure caller satisfaction in every encounter
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completed at least 2 years in college (HS graduate may also apply)
• Willing to have a shifting schedule
• At least 18 years old, Filipino citizen, or hold relevant residence status
• Applicants must be willing to work in ORTIGAS and MAKATI.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must have good communication and listening skills
• Full-Time Positions available (Dayshift / Graveyard shift).
